A massive fire broke out in Bajrang Oil Company located at the Old Mondha area of Aurangabad (Maharashtra) in the night on May 5. Many oil companies, godowns, and furniture shops located in Old Mondha area. The panic situation created in the area. Some people contact the fire brigade department. Around 10 fire tenders with ambulance reached the spot to control the situation. A local police team also rushed the spot for further investigation regarding a fire. Luckily no loss of lives reported this mishap because no one was present in the godown due to undergoing lockdown. Locals and other workers immediately gathered at the spot after this mishap. This massive fire brought under control after three hours. A godown totally gutted in the fire. According to the fire officials, the cause of the fire was a short circuit on the premises. The fire tenders faced difficulties while fighting the flame due to the smoke. But, they soon took the situation under control. A huge cloud of dark smoke could have been seen billowing from the factory. The godown was completely gutted as well as a lot of raw material which was stored in the factory, was also destroyed in this fire.
