Fire in a factory at Beadonpura; 4 killed 1 injured

A major fire broke out in a factory in Beadonpura area at Karol Baug in Delhi at 12.23pm on November 19. Two fire tenders reached the spot to douse the fire as soon as they received a call from the spot of the incident. Four people were killed and one was injured in this mishap. The person who was injured in this incident was immediately shifted to the nearby hospital.

According to the sources, a man got stuck at the exit door while escaping the building due to which the exit door was blocked however the other people were unable to exit from the building.
The sources also revealed the cause of the fire, where the victims were about to steam iron clothes and were putting solvent in a container when it got split on the floor and came in contact with the steam iron leading to the fire.
The fire was brought under control within an hour by the firefighters.
