Three people were killed and the other three were injured after a boiler of a plant exploded in Champaran district, Bihar on November 15. The incident took place when the workers were preparing mid-day meals an NGO’s kitchen supplied to schools in the locality. As soon as the incident was reported the fire tenders immediately rushed to the spot. Police officials along with the emergency unit were present on the spot and carried out rescue and relief operation.
As panic was created among the locals the police officials tried to manage the situation.
The people who were injured in this explosion were immediately shifted to the nearby hospital for necessary treatment.
The concerned authorities are investigating in this matter however the actual cause behind the boiler explosion is ascertained yet.
