Major fire ignited in a slum at Barola Village of Noida on May 4




A frantic situation was formed during the afternoon hours of May 4, when fire ignited in a slum area near Barola village of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A sudden chaos was formed after several huts caught fire in the area. According to the reports, several people were trapped in the menacing situation. The area was engulfed with billowing smoke and this situation raised a wave of panic among the people. The fire department was soon informed when the locals saw smoke coming out of the area.


The fire tenders soon rushed to the spot after receiving the information and started the evacuation process soon after reaching. They managed to rescue all the stranded people in the slam. The fire tenders faced difficulties while fighting the flame due to the billowing smoke. But they soon took the situation under control and after lot of efforts the fire was doused off. As per reports, no casualties were reported in this incident. However, the cause of the fire is still ascertained.
